Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your product within 14 days of receipt provided products are in unused, perfect and fully re-saleable condition with all original tags and packaging. If products are not returned in such condition, or 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your refund is approved you will be credited the cost of your item excluding delivery charges. Postage charges and insurance are at the customers own cost and responsibility unless the item is faulty. A faulty item is classified as such if it has been received damaged. Should your item not arrive in perfect condition it is the customers responsibility to contact me with images within 48 hours of receipt. After this time I cannot be held responsible for products that are no longer in my care. Items that have been damaged as a result of use, wear and tear or failure to follow product care instructions are not classified as faulty. As your product is made from high quality aniline leather there will be natural variations in colour, texture and markings. I cannot accept returns and refunds based on natural variations in material.

I strongly recommend that you insure your return to the full value of the product and that you send the item recorded delivery and retain proof of postage as the item is the customers responsibility until it arrives. I will not be able to issue returns for undelivered or damaged items. Parcels must be packaged adequately to protect the contents while in transit. Exchanges

As products are made to order there is a possibility you will not be able to exchange your product however if I can facilitate this I will do my utmost to. If your exchange item is for a lesser or greater value you will be reimbursed or charged for the difference before a replacement can be sent.

International Returns and Exchanges

International returns are subject to the same conditions as domestic returns where return postage is at the customers own cost and insurance their responsibility. If an exchange is required the customer will need to pay for postage - as always I will endeavor to make this as economical as possible.

In the event that an item has been unable to be delivered and as a result returned I will contact the purchaser to either resend the item or refund the purchase minus the original postage charge. An additional postage charge will be required if an item is resent, again I will endeavor to make this as economical as possible.

Sadly due to Brexit international customers may be charged VAT upon arrival of their product. All my products are made in the UK using materials sourced entirely within Europe (right down to the backing fabrics!) and therefore are exempt from certain duties and charges. However customers may be subject to import VAT and a customs charge upon arrival in the destination country. This is out with my control and you will be contacted directly by the shipping company used. Unfortunately as a small business it is not possible for me to take these costs on myself.

If you’re returning a product please clearly mark your parcel with the words ‘Returned Goods’ and include an invoice showing the product being returned. This will make the returns process smoother and avoid additional charges. If additional charges are made upon return of the item I will be liable to pay these and would have to deduct these along with shipping costs from the refund.
